Magnetic Therapy.
First things first. Magnets aren’t supposed to be used with pacemakers or internal defibrillators, or when pregnant.
Magnetic therapists have some general guidelines for using magnets. Magnets with 1000 to 3000 gauss power (the way that magnets strength is measured) are highly recommended for chronic cases such as rheumatism, paralysis, chronic backache and also injury to larger muscles. More delicate areas and when treating children require less gauss power, perhaps 500.
Drinking water that has been magnetically treated is another good way to reap the benefits of magnetic energy. Magnetically treated water relaxes the the body. Drink a glass of water twice a day that has been placed on the negative pole of a magnet for at least five minutesas a general preventative measure.
Magnetic energy has been found very effective in treating complaints from asthma to acne, but only knowing the proper gauss strength, where to place a magnet on the body and the duration of exposure to the magnet can render it effective and are variables that only a trained practitioner would know best. Keep an open mind though as you explore this alternative therapy. Be practical and find a therapist that can help you maximize the magnets benefits safely and quickly
